Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Dravya Finance Pvt. Ltd.

2. Loan Eligibility

• Loan is provided against LIC or Post Office policies
• Policy must have surrender value
• Minimum 5 years premium paid

3. Loan Approval

• Loan approval is subject to company policy
• Loan amount depends on surrender value
• DFPL reserves the right to reject applications

4. Interest and Charges

• Interest rates are as per company policy
• All charges will be clearly communicated

5. Policy Assignment

Policy will be assigned to DFPL during loan period and reassigned after repayment.

6. Repayment

• Customer must repay loan as per agreed terms
• Failure may result in policy claim settlement

7. Limitation of Liability

DFPL shall not be liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by customer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India.
