General Purpose Loan & Overdraft Facility
We provide loans or overdrafts to fund revival premiums or future premiums payable on life insurance endowment policies issued by LIC of India or India Post. To qualify, the policy must have acquired a surrender value, and a minimum of five years of premiums must have been paid by the policyholder.
Loan Against Surrender Value
We offer loans against the surrender value of LIC policies, based on the Surrender Value (SV) quotation issued by LIC of India, up to 100% of the surrender value (as per our terms and conditions).
Overdraft Facility
The above loan services are also available to individual policyholders as an overdraft facility, ensuring flexible access to funds.
Policy Reassignment
Upon complete repayment of the loan, the policy is reassigned back to the policyholder along with the original policy documents.
